Newtown, Conn./WTIC Radio - A teenager who was injured while swimming in Newtown Thursday has died.
Police say the 17-year-old was rescued from the water earlier in the day.
He apparently went under near Silver Bridge.
The victim was pronounced dead at Danbury Hospital.
