
(Wethersfield, Conn./WTIC Radio - Wethersfield police have released the name of the juvenile killed Sunday afternoon when a car struck a residence in town.
Novelle Nesmith of Hartford was 14, say police.
Nesmith and two others were in a car which police say was operating erratically on Church Street toward Garden Street.
The car hit another vehicle and a tree before striking the house, police said.
Two occupoants were trapped in the vehicle.
A third ran off but later returned.
Nesmith was pronounced dead just before 2:30 p.m. at an area hospital.
Investigators say the car the three were in had been reported stolen out of Hartford.
