Police in East Hartford have released the identities of two teenagers shot and killed after they allegedly broke into a home.
Police say that just after midnight on June 16, Isaiah Jose Lopez, 16, of Hartford, and Isaiah Miguel Nevarez, 15, of Meriden, broke into the house at 87 Graham Road.
They're accused of attacking a resident, who was armed with a handgun and fired, fatally wounding both.
The resident, who suffered minor injuries, is cooperating with police, who say his gun is legally registered.
Police say it's possible others were involved, and they're continuing to investigate.
