The Travelers Championship is being held at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell.
The tournament is one of the top draws on the PGA Tour with players and fans alike.
Today, the annual Celebrity Pro-Am is being held.
Among the participants: Will Ferrell, in character as washed up former top golfer Lonnie "The Hawk" Hawkins from his upcoming Netflix comedy series "The Hawk."
In addition, ESPN's Chris Berman, former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie, and ex-New England Patriots linebacker Andre Tippett are taking part.
Last year's champion Keegan Bradley will be on hand to defend his title when tournament play begins on Thursday.
