NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Beachgoers in New London have their concerns about safety at Ocean Beach Park.
That's because city police rseponded Sunday.
Police say they went to the boardwalk area on the report of three people stabbed during a brawl that broke out around 5:30 p.m.
One of the stabbing victims was seriously hurt. The other two have non-life-threatening injuries.
What led up to the stabbing is under investigation, but police do not believe the violence was random.
