
West Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - An early morning shooting at a gas station in West Hartford lands two suspects behind bars.
The incident occurred a little after 5:30 Wednesday morning when police say an argument broke over a purchase between a male and female customer and a clerk at the station on Park Road.
The clerk grabbed a baseball bat, after which police say 34-year-old Jamie Rocha-Olivares pointed a gun and fired once inside the store.
No one was hurt.
Police found the pair and after a struggle and took Rocha-Olivares down with a taser.
Also under arrest is 40-year-old Nicole Beagle.
Rocha-Olivares faces a slew of charges including reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit and unlawful discharge.
Beagle is charged with breach of peace and interfering.
