HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Connecticut State Police release the identity of the man found shot and dead on a ramp off I-91 northbound in Windsor Locks.
Officials identify the victim as Dominique Kendrick Miller of Bloomfield. He would have turned 23 on Tuesday.
Around 7:35 p.m. Sunday, State Police responded to the report of an unresponsive man on the I-91 NB Exit 42 off-ramp.
A man was found inside a car, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
