CHESHIRE, CONN (WTIC Radio)-State Police have arrested a Waterbury man for a fatal motor vehicle accident last November on Highland Avenue in Cheshire.
Walter Spencer, 64, faces charges including manslaughter, evading responsibility and interfering with an officer. The five-car accident killed 65-year old Arthur Wright of Cheshire and injured three others.
Spencer couldn't post bond and is scheduled in Waterbury Superior Court today.
