Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Waterbury police are investigating a fatal hit and run crash.
It was early Saturday morning that officers say a 27-year-old man was found at the intersection of Meriden Road and Southmayd Road with serious injuries.
He's been identified as Luis Santana of Waterbury.
Investigators say he'd been riding a moped at the time of the collision.
The second vehicle apparently fled the scene.
