Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Waterbury, a man is under arrest after police say he attempted to lure a child into his car Sunday.
They say Christopher Rosa, 37, is facing charges after officers were called to a Columbia Boulevard home on a report a man approached an eight-year-old child outside in the front yard.
Investigators say initially, Rosa attempted to lure the child into his car, getting out at one point and opening the vehicle's trunk.
The child ran into the house and was not harmed.
Rosa was later arrested at his home on Rosengarten Drive.
He faces charges of stalking, breach of peace and risk of injury.
