Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Waterbury police sergeant is under arrest.
Sergeant Donald Robinson was arrested Thursday by Connecticut State Police.
Charges include interfering with an investigation and computer crimes.
Robinson is free on a written promise to appear.
It's not clear on specifics of the investigation.
Robinson has been placed on administrative leave.
Waterbury police internal affairs is also investigating.
