(Waterbury, Conn (WTIC Radio)-Police have identified the person killed in an ATV crash Friday night in Waterbury.
He's 29-year old Jose Albino-Mirabal of Waterbury.
Police said they responded Friday night around 9:45 on East Farms Street on a complaint of a motor vehicle accident, involving an ATV.
The operator, Albino-Mirabal, succumbed to his injuries at Waterbury Hospital.
According to police, a preliminary investigation determined Albino-Mirabal lost control and landed on his head in the roadway.
