WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Waterbury police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run accident in late October.
Police say Richard DiNicola, 47, of Waterbury, was driving a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird on Wolcott Street on Thursday, October 22, when he struck a pedestrian.
