Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury have made an arrest in a Friday night homicide.
Destiny Smith, 39, of Waterbury is charged.
The call came in just after 10:30 p.m. Friday to the area of 40 Chestnut Avenue on a report of a man bleeding.
Officers found Joseph Rodriguez, 35, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Detectives say Rodriguez was injured during an argument with Smith.
Rodriguez died early Saturday morning at an area hospital.
Police say Smith was in possession of a knife during the disturbance.
She is being held on a $2 million bond, charged with murder.
Smith is due in court Monday.
