In the aftermath of the Nashville Christian school massacre, one Connecticut community hopes it has just made its own kids safer.
A panel in the Connecticut community has now approved $200,000 to pay for three more school resource officers.
After some haggling over whether part of the cost would be picked up by the Police Department, it has now been decided that the Windsor Locks Board of Education will pick up the entire tab.
