Hartford Police are investigating a shooting Thursday evening that killed a Windsor man.
Police say Colin Roberts, 49, was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound around 6:56 p.m. in the area of 848 Albany Avenue in Hartford.
This investigation remains active and ongoing.
