Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Waterbury police have made an arrest in a two-year old murder case.
It was January 30, 2024 that police say Keno Williams, 38, was shot in the back of the head.
Officers responded to Bertie's Restaurant on North Main Street after the vehicle Williams was driving went through the parking lot and a nearby backyard, striking several objects along the way.
Williams died at an area hospital.
Now, police are charging Desire Aitken, 19, in the shooting.
Aitken was a juvenile at the time of the homicide.
She was spotted in Pennsylvania last month, arrested, and extradited back to Connecticut last Friday.
Aitken is charged with murder, robbery, illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and other offenses.
Bond was set at $2 million.
