MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Manchester Police are investigating a crash that's left a woman critically injured.
Investigators say the woman was a pedestrian on Pleasant Valley Road near Buckland Street when a sedan struck her Friday night around 9:03 p.m.
Officers say she suffered severe, life-threatening injuries.
She's hospitalized in critical condition at Hartford Hospital.
The driver of the car that hit her, identified as Jose Medina, 57, of East Hartford, is cooperating with the investigation.
