Eighty-two-year-old Paul Usenia of Rhode Island was arrested in Madison
while allegedly driving the wrong way on on I-95.
No one was injured, and cops say that's a lucky thing, considering
Usenia allegedly hit one of their cars while slowing down near exit 60.
Usenia is charged with operating under the influence -- same
charge faced in Wethersfield by 25-year-old Dylan Babbitt. Police say they caught Babbitt driving the wrong way on Route Five, and then determined he had been drinking too much.
Babbitt is free on a $1,000 bond, while Usenia is out on a $500 bond.
