(Shelton, Conn./WTIC) - A man is under arrest in Shelton and police say he was involved in a carjacking earlier this summer.
Officers say they picked up 21-year-old Davon Brown on Thursday.
The arrest stems from the carjacking that took place on June 30.
The victim states he'd listed his vehicle for sale on Facebook and that Brown had shown interest and arrived to view the vehicle.
It was then that police say Brown displayed a firearm, pushed the victim to the ground and stole the car along with the title.
Police say Brown was later identified through his Facebook profile.
He faces charges of robbery and larceny. Bond was set at $50,000.
