A man is dead and a woman is in custody following a shooting in Bloomfield last night.
Police were called to a home on Filley St. just after 10:30 p.m. on a report of a shooting.
When they arrived on scene, officers say a woman told them she had fired a weapon.
Inside, they found a 39-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head.
He later died at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Officers took 37-year-old Marvyann Duncan into custody.
Police haven't said what if any charges will be filed.
