HARTFORD, Connecticut
Tuesday's snow did manage to coat the ground some what in the Hartford region. It may have set the scene for a White Christmas until what snow was left was washed away by rain. But snow lovers take heart. Forecasters are watching for the possibility of a developing storm which could being as much as 3 to 6 inches of snow to the area Friday night into Saturday.
