Wife of Richard M. Keane, who passed away in the World Trade Center September 11th. Judy has been a resident of Wethersfield for most of her life and mother of 5 sons, and 7 grandchildren.
She is President of the Richard M. Keane Foundation, an organization established to create the 9/11 Memorial Sports Center and programs for children and their families in the community. The Keane Foundation offers after school programs, sports activities, and grants in the community
