Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg was released from the hospital after being admitted for a possible infection. A Supreme Court spokewoman says she is home and doing well.

Justice Ginsburg was admitted Friday to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore after experiencing chills and a fever, The Supreme Court says.

According to the New York Times, a Supreme Court spokeswoman, Kathleen Arberg, said Saturday that Justice Ginsburg, 86, was evaluated at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington before she was transferred to Johns Hopkins for evaluation and treatment of possible infection.

Arberg said the justice is expected to be discharged from the hospital as soon as Sunday morning. She was treating with intravenous antibiotics and fluids which caused her symptoms to subside.

Justice Ginsburg has had a few health scares in the past year, including surgery for lung cancer and radiation treatment for pancreatic cancer.
