The Doctor says if you experience dizziness, nausea, or feel off-balance, you 're probably experiencing heat stroke. He says promptly go to the emergency room so medical professionals can take steps to immediately lower your body temperature.
Eversource energy says during these summer months with energy spikes, consumers can use as much as 35-percent more power, translating into higher bills.
Spokesman Mitch Gross suggests raising your thermostat one or two degrees, saving one to three percent power. He also says close your blinds and drapes and switch your ceiling fan in a counter clockwise direction to create a breeze. In addition he says clearing obstruction from vents will prove beneficial, as will an energy audit from your attic to your basement.
