(Cheshire, Conn. WTIC)-Cheshire Police have arrested a Meriden man for a fatal accident in town last September.
Police arrested 24-year old Kyle Dumouchel on an active arrest warrant. The accident happened September 22nd near the intersection of Route Ten and School House Road. A pickup and and sedan collided.
The accident killed 24-year old Jason Ventura of Meriden.
Dumouchel faces a host of charges including second-degree Manslaughter and Assault and operating a vehicle under the influence. Dumouchel appears in Meriden Superior Court today.
