(Windsor Locks, Conn. WTIC)-Governor Ned Lamont and Acting Education Commissioner Charlene Russell-Tucker touted in-person learning today after a tour of Windsor Locks High School.

It has maintained in-person learning throughout the pandemic, stressing all the necessary COVID-19 protocols.

Just last week, 416 staffers received the first inoculation, with the second one scheduled for April first.

The Governor said he'd like to see all schools return to in-person learning as soon as possible. Further, he said the Windsor Locks school district will receive $2.4 million in additional federal funding.
