(FARMINGTON, CONN. WTIC)-A flatbed truck today hauls away the tail of the jet involved in a fatal crash last week in Farmington.

The jet crashed into the Trumpf manufacturing building on the corner of  Hyde Road and Johnson Avenue.

The crash happened during an aborted takeoff from Robertson Airport in Plainville killing four, husband and wife Doctors from Boston and the pilots from Bristol and Danbury.

The NTSB is conducting an investigation. That includes examining the  aircraft, traffic communications, radar data, weather reports and interviewing any eyewitnesses.

The NTSB says a preliminary report will be available in about  a week. NTSB says a typical investigation can take up to two months to complete.
