(Danbury, Conn./WTIC) - A teenager is dead and police in Danbury are investigating the case as a drive by shooting.
Officers reveived multiple calls around 8:00 p.m. Sunday of gunfire in the area of Mill Ridge Road.
Upon arrival, police found 18-year-old city resident Yhameek Johnson suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police and emergency personnel rendered aid but Johnson later died.
So far, no arrests have been made and police are searching for suspects.
They do say the suspect vehicle is believed to be a dark colored SUV.
