Waterbury, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A teenager was shot overnight in Waterbury.
Around 12:15 this morning, police said they were dispatched to the scene on Angel Drive after receiving a report of shots fired.

They were tipped off that a person in a home there had been shot.
As officers investigated and collected evidence of shots in the roadway, they were alerted that a 14-year-old boy had arrived at the hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to the back.
A preliminary investigation suggested the victim was connected to the Angel Drive incident.
The teen is being treated and is listed in stable condition.
Waterbury police want to hear from anyone with any information.
There's no word yet on any suspects or a possible motive for the shooting.
