(Sharon, Conn./WTIC) - A man is dead following a fatal weekend crash in Sharon.
Troopers say the crash occurred just before 9:00 Sunday night on Calkinstown road.
A vehicle driven by 64-year-old Frank Wendover was traveling westbound when it then veered eastbound near the intersection with Alberta Road and rolled over onto the passenger side.
Wendover was extricated from the vehicle and rushed to Sharon Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
There's no word yet on a cause of the crash or if speed or road conditions played a part.
Troopers are still investigating.
