HARTFORD, Connecticut (WTIC radio)
People continue to dig out from the seasons first major storm in Connecticut.
Forecasters say anywhere from 5 to 8 inches of snow fell throughout the region from Friday night into early Saturday.
Meantime, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory beginning Sunday at 7pm until 6am Monday. Freezing rain is expected to make roads icy in portions of Northern Connecticut most of Massachusetts and Rhode island.
This will be followed by milder air and rain later Monday with temperatures in the upper 40's
