NEWINGTON CT (WTIC Radio) The law finally catching up with two New Britain residents suspected of kidnapping a woman and making her withdraw money from a Stop and Shop. Police in Newington arresting 37-year-old Amanda Ditommaso and 41-year-old Tylone Graham.
Investigators say that on October 28th they were sent to Stop and Shop on Fenn road to conduct a welfare check on a woman.
Authorities say she was being held at the Grantmoor Motor Lodge. Ditommaso was charged with first-degree kidnapping and is being held on $237,500 dollars bond her with her court appearance scheduled for Tuesday Jan 21st. Graham posting a $200 thousand dollar bond---however investigators say he's being held by East Hartford police on a separate charge.
