Remember that video of Aaron Hicks crushing a 300 yard-plus drive at Topgolf last week?
Welp, Hicks not only hit one to the sticks once again…he dropped it in the hole right below said stick on one shot.
The Yankees’ center fielder, who is a scratch golfer, played a round of golf with LPGA pro Cheyenne Woods – whose own athletic pedigree claims a famous uncle Eldrick – and dropped a 303-yard bomb on a par four hole…that rolled right in the cup for a hole-in-one.
Just another ace in an amateur golf career that boasts several over the 20 years since Hicks’ first, but there are not many instances of a hole-in-one on a non-Par 3 hole. Happy Gilmore rejoice, and everyone else, check out the moment Hicksie found his rare Par 4 albatross below, courtesy of GOLF.com’s Twitter via Cheyenne Woods’ Instagram.
