Carton & Roberts’ latest WAG Wednesday guest was indeed a WAG, but one just as famous as her hubby: AEW star Toni Storm, who is married to current New Japan Pro Wrestling and Impact Wrestling star Juice Robinson.
Storm is originally from down under and has been a star around the world, working in England, Japan, and for WWE as part of the NXT U.K., NXT, and SmackDown rosters prior to coming to AEW – and sharing a locker room with one of her idols along the way.
“I was 10 when I first started watching wrestling, and got crazy into it very quickly. When I was 13 I was able to start training in Australia, and I was a big Jeff Hardy fan,” she said. “The first time I met him, it was like, oh, wow, I used to watch him as a kid and now we share the same locker room, this is cool!”
Storm is very open about her life on her Instagram, and has also recently started an OnlyFans where she calls herself a “Badass Wrestler with the Best Ass” and a “Phat Ass Aussie.”
“I didn’t think I’d describe myself as that when I was 13, but here we are!” she laughed. “I take sexy photos and post them for a price; not so much crazy hardcore things, but I like to take a lot of photos and share them with my fans.”
Storm didn’t really want to investigate whether or not she’d make more money if she took some photos with Craiggy, but true to her badass persona, she told the guys that starting an OnlyFans was something she wanted to do to continue to empower herself and others.
“I didn’t have to have a conversation with anyone, really, I just do my thing. My family and friends and everyone I know is fully supportive,” she said. “No apologies, and no reason to have any. I’m having a good time, I’m doing really well, and it’s a fun life. I tried the normal life thing and normal job thing and couldn’t hack it, so here I am!”
Two other things she’s very open about are her sexuality – she came out as bisexual while working for WWE, saying “they were having Pride events, and I just thought why not share my story” – and also her struggles with mental health behind the curtain.
“I guess I just started talking and didn’t really stop. I share way too much! But it feels good to talk about that and get stuff off my chest, and I encourage everyone to do the same,” she said. “There’s no shame in that. There’s a lot of stigma attached to mental health and it can be challenging, but I’m all about being open about everything.”
She’s never really had too many famous guys or gals slide into her DMs, even those she’s worked with – “When I’m at work I’m a wrestler, and I like to think all the dudes backstage respect me for what I do,” she said – but she has found love with Juice Robinson, which blossomed from a friendship.
“I first met him in England when he first left WWE, and it was for a brief second,” she said. “I didn’t think anything of it, but I’d keep bumping into him in Japan; I thought he was fun, and we’d hang out and he was a friend for years. Then the pandemic hit, we started talking, and now we’re married with a dog and a house.”
Baby Robinson will have to wait, as Toni said “still a lot of things to do first,” but while we wait, you can check out her entire WAG Wednesday appearance above!
