BT is completely fed up with the Yankees after getting blown out in Sunday’s series finale against the Orioles on Sunday, and says it’s time to blow it up.
“This Yankees team is trash,” BT said. “This Yankees team is absolutely broken. I gotta tell you, I’m selling everybody.
“If I’m the Yankees right now, I’m taking the position that the Mets are in the middle of. If you want Stanton, I’ll eat 65 percent of the contract, get lost. Take Gleyber Torres, take everybody but Aaron Judge, Gerrit Cole, and probably Volpe.”
The Yankees’ struggling veterans are signed past this season, and it would be hard for the Yanks to move them, even if they wanted to, but BT is ready to take whatever he can get for the Bombers to start over.
“This team is a trainwreck. This franchise stinks,” BT said. “I can’t watch this anymore…they don’t hit with consistent power, they don’t have dynamic athletes. Who is ascending?”
