After two weeks of hype, Super Bowl LV is here.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers will take on Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs Sunday night in Tampa Bay.

Brady is playing in his 10th Super Bowl overall and is going for his seventh win overall.

Here are WEEI.com's predictions for the game.

ANDY HART

Prediction: Chiefs 34, Buccaneers 24

This is a matchup of two great quarterbacks, two guys you never feel comfortable betting against. But you have to. Patrick Mahomes has the defending champs in position to become the first team since Tom Brady’s Patriots to win back-to-back Super Bowls. Brady is in the big game even though his Bucs probably never really hit their star-filled stride on offense this season. There are plenty of reasons to talk yourself into picking either team. But in the end I’ll go with Mahomes proven offense, including reliable playmakers Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill. Oh, I also like the Andy Reid/Eric Bieniemy playcalling combo more than I like the Bruce Arians/Byron Leftwich duo. Mahomes, Reid and the Chiefs are building – dare we say it? – the foundation of the NFL’s next dynasty.

MVP: Patrick Mahomes

If you don’t pick the quarterback of the team you expect to win the game, then you aren’t paying attention. It’s a QB award. It just is. Even if Kelce and Hill go off, Mahomes will be the guy getting them the ball.

Rooting for Tom Brady?

Nope. It’s complicated. Maybe this explains it. Maybe.

RYAN HANNABLE

Prediction: Chiefs 31, Buccaneers 27

No matter what Tom Brady does, the Chiefs simply are the more talented team and even if he is on his game and puts up a ton of points, the Buccaneers defense is going to need to stop Patrick Mahomes and Co., which is easier said than done. Kansas City just has too many weapons. The Chiefs are not going to make the same mistakes the Buccaneers' opponents have made in their three playoff wins, either. Mahomes vs. Brady goes are always good games and this should be no different, but in the end expect the Chiefs to be too much for the Bucs to handle.

MVP: Travis Kelce

Yes, Mahomes is the obviously choice and it very well could be him since it's a QB award, but expect Kelce to have a monster game.

Rooting for Brady?

Yes. Winning a Super Bowl in his first year with the Buccaneers would truly be a remarkable story.
