San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance had to exit on a stretcher in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
On a designed rush, Lance went behind right guard and got popped by Seahawks linebacker Cody Barton. Lance laid on the ground for a couple minutes before getting up and leaving on a stretcher. The team announced shortly after that Lance was ruled out with an ankle injury.
