The Jets’ full schedule has reportedly been revealed, via Brian Costello of the New York Post, and the opening game of the season could potentially carry plenty of intrigue.
Gang Green’s Week 1 matchup comes against the Steelers at home, and if Aaron Rodgers does decide to continue his NFL career and signs with Pittsburgh, it would mean his return to MetLife Stadium immediately after his disastrous Jets tenure.
New York would then host the rival Bills in Week 2 before hitting the road to take on the Buccaneers, then the hated Dolphins on Monday Night Football, the team’s first primetime game of the year.
Other highlights include the Broncos in London in Week 6, Thursday Night Football against the Patriots in Week 11, and closing the season with two divisional matchups against the Pats and Bills, respectively.
The Jets will have their bye in Week 9.
