UPDATE: Tickets went down to $21 by Sunday morning, and by the time gates opened at Yankee Stadium, tickets were available for as low as $18.
With the Yankees down 3-0 in the ALCS and still showing no signs of life offensively, some fans seem to be waving the white flag.
After Houston finished up a third straight win against the Bombers, ticket prices for Sunday’s game four dipped significantly, after ticket prices for games three, four, and five had already seen a noticeable decrease after the Yanks dropped the first two games in Houston.
Secondary ticket sellers had tickets to game five as low as $58 after game three ended, and there will likely be even lower prices with the Giants and Jets in action, rain in the forecast, and seemingly no hope that the Yankees will finally conquer their Astros demons.
