(WWJ) A 25-year-old man is in police custody Monday morning after allegedly sexually assaulting a 96-year-old Ann Arbor woman.
The incident happened earlier this month inside the woman's home, Colonial Square Cooperative in the 3200 block of Williamsburg Road, which is the same complex where the suspect lives.
The suspect allegedly broke into the woman's home through a window after 3 a.m. and assaulted her. The 96-year-old was treated at a local hospital and is doing fine now.
The alleged perpetrator is behind bars with no bond and is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and first-degree home invasion.
