MONROE, Mich. (WWJ) - Authorities have released a name and photos of an "armed and dangerous" man wanted for murder in Monroe.
Athough an investigation is ongoing, investigators believe that the killing may have been drug-related.
Anyone who sees Evans who also goes by the name "Marcus," should call 911.
