DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are searching for the suspects who used a U-Haul truck to smash through the side of a dollar store on Detroit's east side.
It happened around 4 a.m. at the Family Dollar on Harper near Whittier. A gaping hole was left in the side of the building, but it's not clear if the suspects got away with anything.
Police recovered a U-Haul a few miles away on Hayes that they believe was used in the incident.
Investigators are reviewing surveillance video to identify the suspects.
