CANTON (WWJ) - A Metro Detroit Art Van Furniture store is closed for cleanup Saturday after a fire broke out overnight.
The fire happened at the Art Van showroom on Ford Road in Canton, just west of I-275.
Firefighters quickly responded to the scene and extinguished the fire. No injuries were reported.
A cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The store is expected to reopen for business on Sunday. In the meantime, customers can shop at nearby stores in Westland (8300 N. Wayne Road) or Novi (27775 Novi Road).
