DETROIT (WWJ) - A 28-year-old man is clinging to life after being stabbed in Detroit overnight.
The incident happened around 12:27 a.m. Friday on Elmdale Street, in an east side neighborhood along Harper Avenue near Conner Street.
Police say the victim was stabbed after he got into a verbal altercation with an unknown suspect.
It's not clear at this time how the victim got to the hospital. He was last reported in critical condition.
An investigation is ongoing.
