FARMINGTON (WWJ) - A 66-year-old Farmington woman who was reported missing has been found safe.
Police had asked the public to be on the lookout for Mary Beamon Fruechtenicht, who never showed up for a doctor's appointment Friday afternoon. Authorities were especially worried because Fruechtenicht suffers from early stage Alzheimer's and has been known to get lost easily.
About an hour after she was reported missing, police said Fruechtenicht was found safe and sound in Waterford.
