DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are asking for help locating a 13-year-old boy who went missing after getting off at the wrong bus stop on the city's west side.
Golden Jones was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday. Police say he got off at a different bus stop on Monica and Margareta, near Liveronis and 7 Mile Road, and failed to go home.
Jones is described as 5'2" tall with a medium brown complexion, short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, gray winter coat, black uniform shirt, tan pants and brown boots. He's said to be in good mental and physical condition.
Anyone who has seen Jones or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact the Detroit Police Department's 12th Precinct Investigative Unit at 313-596-1240. Tips can also be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
