(WWJ) Detroit Police are trying to track down a young woman who was last seen earlier this week.
Police tell WWJ Hannah Holmes, 18, vanished from her home on Martin Luther King Boulevard near Rosa Parks Boulevard on Tuesday evening.
Her case worker says Holmes is healthy but lives with a mental illness.
