Fans have been clamoring for any Baby Yoda merchandise since "The Mandalorian" captivated audiences on Disney Plus and now Build-A-Bear has a plush on the way in the likeness of the little green tyke.
Business Insider originally reported on the announcement from the ICR Conference in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday.
"I'm excited to share we will be one of the first companies to provide the digital and internet phenomenon who is trending higher than all the presidential candidates combined," said Build-A-Bear CEO Sharon Price John.
The character bears a resemblance to Jedi Master Yoda who debuted in 1980's "The Empire Strikes Back" although he is referenced only as "The Child" in the series, the world has taken to calling him Baby Yoda.
Let's hope they have enough Baby Yoda stuffed animals. Nobody wants a repeat of the "Chaos" surrounding the "Pay Your Age" promotion.
