(WWJ) A family dispute turned deadly in Shelby Township.
Shelby Township Police say a 21-year-old man was shot while his brother was home with him on Glen Eagle Drive near 21 Mile and Schoenherr Saturday.
Officers were on their way to the scene, responding to reports of “family trouble,” according to the press release. They received a follow-up call of shots fired inside the home.
The 21-year-old man died later at the hospital. Police say his brother is cooperating in the investigation.
Shelby Township Police said, “the incident is contained and there is no additional threat to the neighborhood or our citizens.”
